Willis Designs agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by Willis Designs to the customer upon receipt of final payment for the given materials. Until that time Willis Designs retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Willis Designs as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America (Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Once full payment has been received by Willis Designs, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media and in all markets, for an unlimited period of time

Willis Designs retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed by Willis Designs, regardless of ownership, for display and self-promotional purposes.

Upon written acknowledgement of estimate for services, Willis Designs will secure a down payment of an amount equal to one half of the total order, which will cover expenses including, but not limited to, the following:
order processing;
creation and development time;
intellectual and proprietary materials utilized in developmental stages.

The initial fee is non-refundable and does not include final usage rights, which will be released upon receipt of final payment. The customer's final product will be made available and full usage rights will be granted upon final approval and payment.

Upon the customer's approval of the final product, Willis Designs will secure a final payment. Upon receipt of this final payment, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media and in all markets, for unlimited period of time.

The customer can choose to terminate his project at any time. In this event, no additional charges will be collected by Willis Designs. The customer will retain no rights to any of the design work Willis Designs has completed on their behalf, and Willis Designs will retain full ownership of all work completed on the project.

Willis Designs provides no guarantee of copyright to the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining Trademark or Copyright for any material created by Willis Designs. Willis Designs assumes no liability in the event that a customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright for the given material for any reason.
