Can I talk to someone about my design ideas first? An initial email through our Contact Us page can initiate further contact via phone or email.

How long does the typical design process take? Depending on which service you have chosen, anywhere from one to three weeks.

How involved am I in the design process? After every draft (of three drafts) there is a critique between client and Willis Designs before proceeding.

What if I am not satisfied with your designs after three drafts? Willis Designs will usually complete another draft or two (at no extra cost) in order to completely satisfy a client

What if I decide to cancel your services once the design process has begun? Willis Designs will retain the down payment for services rendered up to point of cancellation.
